Very annoying experience here. Beware if you need to move your appointment the late cancel fee is $30 which is an outrageous amount. Even if you have something out of your control that happens and you need to reschedule they charge you and if you don't pay "on time" they charge you a late fee of $10. They won't tell you the amount up front though for the fee and only state that late cancels are subject to a potential fee. A late fee that high needs to be told to clients up front. Also, you have to pay your bill by mail. Get with the times!
