I had a myriad of dental problems that Dr. Desatnik and his staff handled in a caring and professional manner. Christine Greene, an employee, had to deal with my insurance company, which, truth be told was no small task. After 5 months of correspondence and submissions regarding the work that was done, my insurance company finally paid the bill. I couldn't be happier with the results regarding the dental work as well as Christine's advocacy on my behalf. Every business should have the kind of customer service and patient advocacy as Dr. Desatnik and the Chagrin Highlands Dental Group! I can't thank them enough for all they have done on my family's behalf!

I have never been compelled to write a negative review on Google, but I am now. I went to Dr. Desatnik for two cleanings (one good, one rough/painful) and one cavity filling. Starting a couple weeks later, the tooth with the new filling started to ache and become sensitive to cold (had never had this problem before). Went back into the office a month later, when these symptoms were clearly not going away, and was told by Desatnik that all of this is "normal" and I should basically just live with it, or use Sensodyne. Fast-forward another 6 months, and I developed sudden, severe/radiating pain in that tooth. The tooth had become infected and needed a root canal, most likely as a result of being infected during the cavity-filling. I am extremely upset with Desatnik and the office for not only causing this situation, but then failing to realize that my symptoms were indicative of an infection which could have been treatable if caught early enough. I even got in touch with the office, hoping for (at minimum) an apology, and heard nothing from them. I realize that mistakes can happen, but would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christine at Chagrin Highlands Dental Group. She was fantastic!!! I had a major disagreement regarding a bill from 2013 with the previous owners that I knew I didn't owe. I wrote multiple letters and had two conference calls between the staff and the insurance company over a period of 3 years! Even the insurance company said I didn't owe it. In addition, it wasn't my account, but was my adult child's account for which I was not responsible. However, Dr. Glick insisted I pay it and would not remove it from my credit report. I finally decided to hire an attorney but I called the office to try to work it out one more time. Thank goodness Christine answered the phone. She was polite and listened to my story. Within hours, she had completely taken care of it and had a letter sent to the credit companies removing it from my account. What an amazing business woman!

I love this place, you never have to wait they pretty much see you as soon as you check in. I have had all my cleanings, fillings and 2 crowns. Dr. Desatnik is very nice and caring.
