Restorative Dentistry

At Chagrin Highlands Dental Group, our restorative techniques do more than improve the appearance of your smile – they help us keep your mouth functional and healthy!

What Restorative Treatments Do You Offer?

At Chagrin Highlands Dental Group, we are proud to offer quality, state-of-the-art restorative treatments to all of our patients.

Our treatment options include:

What Are Dental Implants?

Implants are small metal posts that are surgically attached to the jawbone. They provide a foundation for tooth replacements such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. With dental implants, your new teeth will look, feel, and function just like natural ones!

Dental implants strengthen your jaw and reduce bone loss, restore your ability to bite and chew, prevent your natural teeth from shifting and falling out of place, and enhance the appearance of your smile. Dental implants are both functional and beautiful!

What Is a Dental Bridge?

A dental bridge is a tooth replacement option in which a crown is held in place by the supporting teeth on either side of a gap. We can use bridges to replace one or several teeth. A bridge can improve your bite, your ability to speak, and your smile!

What Are the Benefits of Dentures?

At Chagrin Highlands Dental Group, we can use dentures to replace several, or all of the teeth in a dental arch. Dentures play an important role in maintaining your oral health after losing several, or all of your teeth.

To serve all of our patients, we offer full dentures, partial dentures, traditional dentures, and implant-supported dentures. If you would like to learn more, call our office at 216-464-9800.

My Tooth is Infected – What Should I Do?

If found quickly enough, Dr. Desatnik and his team can usually save a decayed or infected tooth. To do this, we will perform a routine root canal. During this procedure, Dr. Desatnik will cut a small hole in your tooth and remove any infected material. After it is cleaned and sanitized, he will fill the hole with a dental filling.

If a tooth is severely damaged or infected, Dr. Desatnik may recommend an extraction. We are happy to offer a variety of dental sedation options to keep you comfortable during your procedure.

If you think you may need restorative treatment, contact us today at 216-464-9800. A friendly member of our team will be happy to answer any of your questions or schedule a consultation.
