I won't rate 1st time giving feedback. Only giving feedback because Chagrin Highland Dental ask me about me experience. It went well, but when I was finish with my exam I pointed out something that was causing a stab on the roof of my partial and was told by Rachel "staff" that she would give to the girl to smooth out. When she returned I touch the area with my tongue and told her that I could still it and she said they didn't want to try anymore. I said okay and went to check out. Here comes Rachel with $133.00 price for something that didn't get resolved nor was I informed there would be a charge. There also was a bill of 89.00 due for the 2nd set of x-rays. I questioned why I needed to pay for x-rays when my insurance company said there was nothing for me to pay on 1st visit. Their reason was because of 2 sets of x-rays and the insurance only pays for 1 set. I responded then why would you take 2 sets and not inform of price. Being my 1st time I see as price gouging.
