Their website says they offer sedation dentistry, but when I called, the person at the front desk told me, “the only sedation is numbing.” So either the website is misleading, or the receptionist wasn’t being honest. Either way, it was just a strange experience. In response to the owner: I asked her several times to clarify, even pointing out that numbing and sedation aren’t the same thing. She told me, “Numbing is a form of oral sedation.” After that, I decided not to move forward with the appointment. That was my experience with the staff. I wanted to share it for anyone else with anxiety—if you’re specifically seeking sedation, this probably isn’t the right place, since I was told it isn’t offered. But if it actually is available, the front desk staff could use some training on how to answer basic questions. Thanks for your quick response.
