Dr. Desatnik is a healthcare provider who brings new ideas to his practice of dentistry and ,at the same time, has the experience to run an efficient caring office. He is both gentle and smart. His staff is top notch.

Great dental practice. I've been going there for years. It's very efficiently run. I found this practice after years of problems with gum disease (including a wisdom tooth which basically just fell out). I had been going to other dentists that did little to address the problems. At Chagrin Highlands they put me on a program that eliminated the issue over a period of several years. It's probably been 15 years and it hasn't come back. It's an excellent practice. Dr. Desatnik , the hygienists and the front office staff are all top notch. And, they process insurance and Medicare claims efficiently.

Terrible staff I came here to go see my cousin and first time I was here they were going to let me back but then other people in my family came and I was not allowed back because there was too many people and now the lady tells me that I can't come back cuz I'm 16 years old which is all fine and okay a little frustrating but then she's like if you don't believe me I'll go get somebody else out here to verify and she goes behind the door and is screaming being really loud and unprofessional and throwing a fit and saying I'm not letting that kid back there and being so rude and talking trash behind the door to all the other workers and then she comes right back out from behind that door and says really loud in a really overly sarcastically nice voice oh somebody else will be out to come and tell you just sit right down but I will say the one guy was very nice that came out and told us I can say that he was very nice guy but being treated like that while my cousin is dealing with all of this and I'm just trying to be there to support him is ridiculous
