A great place for my dental care! A comfortable and complete dental service, from entering the door, to heading out and saying goodbye! The entire staff are friendly and professional, and they do excellent work. These are my impressions at every visit over the years I have been going to the Chagrin Highlands Dental Group. Very good to see Rachael is back! She is probably the best dental technician I have ever had take care of me! She is courteous, professional, friendly & personable. These characteristics come together to put the one in the dentist's chair at ease.

Awful place. Made my appointment on Thursday afternoon for Monday. Something more important came up on my agenda and tried calling on Friday and they were closed but I left a message. On Monday I received a call saying my appointment was canceled and now I’m receiving a bill for not going after they told me my appointment was cancel. So basically if you ever go only make your appointments for Tuesday-Thursday! Cause they will try to take your money.
