Awful place. Made my appointment on Thursday afternoon for Monday. Something more important came up on my agenda and tried calling on Friday and they were closed but I left a message. On Monday I received a call saying my appointment was canceled and now I’m receiving a bill for not going after they told me my appointment was cancel. So basically if you ever go only make your appointments for Tuesday-Thursday! Cause they will try to take your money.

I truly enjoyed my dental experience with the Chagrin Highlands dental staff. They were all friendly, kind, charismatic, and very knowledgeable. A very clean environment, and location is great.
